By registering for The Sandbox, you become a member of The Sandbox and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not register for The Sandbox. The Terms are subject to change by The Sandbox at any time, effective upon notice to you.

Disclaimer
The Sandbox is not a matchmaking service nor are any of its services intended to result in matchmaking. Our goal is to help single people meet one another in a safe and comfortable setting. The Sandbox does not verify personal information of its participants, such as marital status or any other aspects of an individual's background. It is your responsibility to verify information about an individual you meet by or through a Sandbox event or venue.

The Sandbox does not monitor participants registering for its programs. By registering for The Sandbox event, you agree that neither The Sandbox nor any of its associates or agents are liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way develop out of your association with The Sandbox or its programs. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in programs sponsored by or in any way affiliated with The Sandbox.

Business cards will be provided within twelve months of registration and payment of your premium membership.

MINORS MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Either you or The Sandbox may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. The Sandbox reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to Sandboxnetworking.com or to any off-line The Sandbox event, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to The Sandbox's attention. Your membership in The Sandbox service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You are responsible for logging out if your computer is accessible to others. This prevents unauthorized access.

ONLINE CONDUCT
As a Member, you agree that:
1. You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on The Sandbox, or transmit to other The Sandbox Members.
2. You will not post on The Sandbox, or transmit to other The Sandbox Members or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
3. You will use The Sandbox in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
4. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's or E-mail addresses other than where asked for it in the Confidential Personal Information section.
5. You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. The Sandbox reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.
6. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through The Sandbox. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other The Sandbox members. For protection of members against such conduct, The Sandbox has imposed a 30 message-per-day limit on subscribers.
7. You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
8. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other The Sandbox Members. The Sandbox reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other Members.
9. By participating in any The Sandbox related event, you are giving permission for us to forward your email address to your mutual "matches" (any participants whom you choose and who also choose you).
10. We will not forward your email address to any other people in attendance at the event, without your prior permission.
11. Your participation in The Sandbox is at your own risk and you agree to waive any and all liability against The Sandbox, the venue that the event is held at, any sponsors associated with the event or the Company, and/or all staff members associated with The Sandbox.
12. The Sandbox does not screen participants and you agree to release The Sandbox from any liability and assume the risk and full responsibility regarding any person you meet at a The Sandbox event. To ensure your safety, we strongly encourage you to take the same precautions you would take in meeting any new person.
13. The Sandbox has the right to remove members from an event if this person acts in a way that The Sandbox deems defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, indecent or threatening in any way.
14. The Sandbox does not guarantee the results of any The Sandbox event, and does not guarantee that all participants will receive a match. All participants in The Sandbox events understand and acknowledge that The Sandbox provides an exciting and fun way of meeting new people. The Sandbox does not guarantee that any participant will successfully receive a match at our events. The Sandbox does not guarantee the success of any match between participants.
15. The Sandbox is not responsible for your matches contacting you. We are responsible only for exchanging contact information between you and your matches.
16. When buying a gift certificate for someone The Sandbox will send the gift certificate to the recipient on the day you noted, to the e-mail address you noted. The Sandbox will also send you a confirmation on that day. Please confirm with the recipient as The Sandbox is not responsible for the receiver not checking e-mail and confirming in time or the receiver not receiving the gift certificate due to the e-mail address that was provided being incorrect, or due to technical problems.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER:
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Sandbox, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of The Sandbox service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

ONLINE CONTENT:
Opinions, advice, statements, offers, other information or content made available through The Sandbox, but not directly by The Sandbox, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. The Sandbox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by parties other than The Sandbox. Under no circumstances will The Sandbox be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on The Sandbox or transmitted to The Sandbox members.

1. The Sandbox has the right to refuse a profile if it contains language or photos that The Sandbox deems defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, indecent, or threatening in any way.

2. The Sandbox has the right to edit a profile for use of improper spelling or grammar.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your attendance at an event with The Sandbox, please send us an e-mail at info@sandboxdating.com and title your e-mail "Cancellation." In the body of the e-mail, give us your first and last name and specify what event you are canceling. To receive a refund (minus an administration cost); please cancel 5 business days prior before the event.

We are unfortunately not able to give you a refund if: - You do not cancel five business days prior to the event. - You are so late that the event itself has already started.

When signing up for an event using a credit card, you will be asked to provide additional financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date and billing address. We use encryption technology to protect your credit card information while in transit, via the Internet, to our servers. The Sandbox uses a 3rd party certified Merchant Bank for card processing.

Contact information
Your name, address, and telephone number are confidential. We will maintain this information in our secure database. We may use it to facilitate your user experience with our web site, as well as, when necessary, to contact you. Your e-mail address will also be stored in our secure database, and we may use this address to contact you with announcements and information regarding events. We may also provide your contact information to individuals with whom there is a mutual match, and to any individuals you have sent a second chance e-mail. In addition, some events are co-sponsored and promoted by an organization other than The Sandbox Events. For co-sponsored events, we reserve the right to share customer information from those events with the co-sponsoring organization.
